Appointment Cancellation
Your appointments are very important to our Team Members.
The appointment is reserved especially for you.
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and life can be a little unpredictable.
Therefore, we respectfully request that you provide us with 24 hours notice for cancellations of regular services. Spa services require 48 hours notice. A 50% surcharge may be applied.
Gift Card Policy
Gift cards are available in any denomination or for any service. Gift cards have no expiry date.
